ARE YOUR LASHES CRUELTY FREE?
Yes, our lashes are handmade mink lashes. Not only are our lashes cruelty free but all of our products are also cruelty free and hypoallergenic.
HOW OFTEN CAN I REUSE A PAIR OF LASHES?
Lashes By PV can be reused up to 20-25 times since they are handcrafted.
DOES THE EYELASH GROWTH SERUM EXPIRE?
Our Lash Serum can expire within 1 year if it is not used. Therefore we recommend using it often and storing it in high temperatures to reduce the expiry date.
ARE MUA DISCOUNT CODES AVAILABLE? IF SO, HOW CAN I RECEIVE A DISCOUNT CODE?
Lashes by PV does provide discount codes for MUA’s. In order to receive a discount code you must fill out the CONTACT form. Please make sure to complete the form by writing “MUA DISCOUNT” in the Subject field and your licensing/ certifications and makeup Instagram in the Message box.
We will then review your information and respond within 24-48 hours with an additional form to complete for approval.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We ship internationally to the following:
The United States (1-4 business days)

CAN I RETURN MY EYELASHES?
No. Due to hygiene health reasons we do not accept any returns unless you received the wrong pair of lashes according to your order receipt. Otherwise, ALL sales are final! By placing your order you acknowledge you have read our policy.
